Inspired by the World Health Organization (WHO) declaring a global public health crisis of loneliness and social isolation and understanding the importance of human connection in healthy aging a series of interviews focused on this aspect. Specifically, the antidote to this crisis: meaningful human connection. This on going set of interviews starts with the healthy aging protocol but focuses on two key questions: (1) what does meaningful human connection mean to you? (2) how do you go about building, nourishing and maintaining meaningful human connection?

With growing awareness about perimenopause and menopause and its implications on health and healthy aging and considering it is a hormonal transition that 100% of half the population experiences - a game plan is needed. This set of interviews explores healthy aging protocols and how they inform and support a woman's hormonal transition. The primary time of to interview is dedicated to understanding and showcasing different perimenopause game plans during this transition.
